Naparex deceptive practices,fraud,failure to deliver goods Internet, Nebraska

On 03/04/2011 I purchased cigarettes from IndianSmokesOnline.com.According to them they were shipped out on 03/18/2011.When they had not arrived by the end of March I contacted them again and was told they would arrive on or about 04/01/2011.When that date came and went I was told to contact the shipper NAPAREX.From this point on I was given a different story everytime we spoke.Finally on 04/12/2011 I was told by NAPAREX that my package would arrive by 04/14/2011 or possibly earlier.On 04/14/2011 I contacted NAPAREX again and was told the delivery person had my package but could not be reached.However I would have my package no late than 04/15/2011/.At this point I contacted IndianSmokesOnline who were surprised to learn I had not received my order.They contacted NAPAREX then informed me the package would arrive no later than 3PM 04/15/2011.From 8:30AM till 3PM I waited by the window,by the phone,in my front yard.I felt like a damned fool.Nobody showed.When I contacted NAPAREX again and explained my problem I could hear laughter in the background.The CS promised to call me back and she did,30 minutes later at which point I was informed that the delivery person claimed to have tried to deliver my package at 9:15AM but no one was home!The only thing worse than being lied to and cheated is to be made a fool of and called a liar.No one came to my home.No car or truck entered my driveway.Nobody blew their carhorn or knocked on my door.What's more they never left a card stating they'd been there which is customary.The CS said she believed me but that there was nothing she could do about it however the delivery person might be back in my area by 04/19/2011.I've since learned NAPAREX has subcontracted their deliveries here to an independent company.
