 They pray on the elderly and disabled. They call incessantly and under different numbers. I had just undergone chemo and took a painkiller and my daughter brought me the phone. She said it was an auto warranty person. He said it was kia when i answered. He had my vehicle information and the warranty price. He said it was 160.00 down and then 228.00 a month. I had a tree fall on it several hours later at work and was told it was done for. I have vision issues and the cars odometer was off by 3000 miles. I sent multiple emails saying i was cancelling and now they are accusing me of getting a picture off the internet which i did,nt.

When you call and try to cancel they start the badgering again and trying to convince you that you need their bogus warranties. I downloaded all of their plan books to my laptop and showed my mechanics and attorneys and they said that they were crap. They have at least 10 ex employees that got on complaints board and warned people what scam artist they are. They like to scam and lie to their customers but they don't like their customers to do it to them. They are cancelling my policy and i'm getting a refund but when i do i'm getting rid of my card and changing my phone number. All i can say is if you see a number on your phone followed by auto warranty hang up. Write it down and contact your states AG.
