This company uses newspaper ads for finding people trying to sell cars. They call you and ask why are you selling the car so cheap? When you explain you just want to sell the car, they respond that they can get you much much more for your car by using the internet.

The scam works like this, My car was worth $15,900 in Pittsburgh, I place an ad in the paper. I get a call from a guy in vegas (should of caught on then) telling me he can sell my car to someone in Jersy, New York, Or Philly for 17 or 18 thousand.

He charges me a "FIXED FEE" of $500 for all this advertising he is going to do. They promise to list your car (photos, description and all) on E-bay, Yahoo Auctions, and some local East Coast Auctions. When the find a buyer the get this person to finance the car with them from Capitol One. This was were they were suppose to make their money.

The guy told me I will have my car in SO MANY auctions and web sites that the $500 I pay will hardly pay all the listing fees let alone the time to enter all the info.

So National Auto Shopper sells the car for the highest price so they can get a paid from Capitol One for the Financing. Sounds great, I get a lot more for my car, Natioal Auto Shopper makes money on the financing. They charge your credit card and then BULL S***!

They don't do a third of the advertising, My ebay Auction went off with out a SINGLE bid, I can't find my car listed ANY where else on the work wide web. So now I am heated and send e-mail after e-mail, call after call and I never here from them again.
Don't ever place an ad with these sharks, The best part of this story is my best friend moved to Las Vegas last year. I am going to Vegas in a month on vaction and my friend and I are already trying to track a physical address. I intend on showing up at this office to have a face to face talk with Mr. Riveria from NationalAutoShopper.com

I will update this if I ever get the the chance to buy Mr. Riveria from NationalAutoShopper.com a cup of $500 coffee, Pittsburgh Style!

I can't believe it, they made contact with me thru this ripoffreport.com. It is a year and a half later! Well I just responded back by email. Lets see where this goes! I need a $500 dollar explaination! By the way I went to Vegas, had too much fun and didn't want to spoil the mood so I never attempted to look them up.

Bryan, this has "One Stop Motors" and Rob Wilder written all over it!

Bryan,

This is the exact same MO as another scam operation in Las Vegas called One Stop Motors, owned by Rob Wilder aka Tim Giffey.

Take a look at the dozens of other posts here on Rip Off Report on both of these "companies".

If you need to know anything about vegas, let me know. I lived there 7 years.
