I puchased protection plan for my 3 phones from National Cellular Owners Association in case they got lost or dammage. But when one of my phones was lost and another got dammage. I was refused by this suppose to be "insurance" company because of my "negligence". I thought that is what I buy insurance for.

I found out that there are also many consumers having the same problem like mine with this company.

Is there any protection for me as a consumer against this unethical company?

I hope prime-time would do a story on them. It mights sound minor but immagine how many people has cellphone.
