National Cellular Owner Association Insurance Fraud ripoff Boca Raton Florida

This company carefully chooses its words to deny claims. Every claim is considered "negligence" even if it is actually lost or stolen, which are things that are suppose to be covered.They later claimed that neither loss or stolen phones is the purpose for their insurance.
The company does not pick up phone calls, does not respond to messages left for them, and does not respond to emails.

After 11 months I finally recieved a pro-rated refund. They continued to subtract money away from my refund during the time it took them to process it, even though I was no longer insured. Orginally they said I would get forty dollars back, but because it took so long for them to process I only recieved twenty dollars.

Although this company makes you get a police report, it does not help your claim. The policy is intentionally vague. The employees were unable to provide any situations in which a lost/stolen/damaged phone would be covered under their policy.
