Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I completed my program and was advised by NCRC to submit all paid-off statements and within 4 months I would receive a refund of the down payment collected at the beginning of the program.
I too was given the run around when I called with respect to my refund until one day I called and received a recorded message that NCRC was no longer in business.
I too had no problems with this program which helped me pay off nearly $25K in credit card bills and I was in the process of recommending NCRC to a friend when this happened.
Hopefully someone will start a class action law suit to help all those who have been wronged.

To all previous and current clients of NCRC (National Consumer Resource Center) and BSI (Big Solutions, Inc.) both of these companies are owned and operated by the same family! I repeat: BOTH COMPANIES ARE OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE SAME FAMILY!!!
NCRC is not used anymore... they go by a NEW company name: CRS Financial and can be reached at 954-978-9514.
THEY NEVER INTENDED TO GIVE YOU BACK THE DEPOSIT - GUARANTEED OR NOT. YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS MONEY BACK. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE COMPANY... ALL THEY KNOW IS HOW TO LIE AND CHEAT THE CONSUMERS. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THIS COMPANY - GET OUT NOW!!!
