I too have been a victim of this company like Brian (NY). It took several months especially with one creditor to get things started but the majority of the others were ok.

Now that I have completed "the program" I have yet to get my refund. Their phone numbers are out of service and they have vanished from the internet.

If anyone has any new information/ lawsuits/ about this ghost company, it would be appreciated
