This company is a prime example of why unfair deceptive business practices laws exist in the statutes books. I paid them $1,300+ to perform an "elite" Detail on my 2014 travel trailer and 2009 Challenger. They did nothing for five hours, claim to have claybarred both several times, however daylight reveals bugs, tar, dirt, small scratches, dirty windows, tires engine, interior. We paid to have all done and the car looked better when I took it to a $30 car wash than after these yahoos. did their alleged "Detail". When i called to complain they hung up on me today. When I emailed my complaint, they threatened to refer me to collections. I sue companies like this all time in my home state of Florida, we also have a pretty aggressive AG, Pam Bondi so all of you aggrieved out there are sure you make complaints to your state AG and the UT state AG- IMO - this company and its principal Christopher J Worthen are asking for it by engaging in these illegal business practices.

We offered to fix any issues

AUTHOR: Customer Service Rep - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 13, 2017

We came and did the detail on the RV and car and the customer was not present. She never contacted us to state she was unhappy, only after we told her that her bill was due that she decided "she was not happy" and didnt want to pay. We offered to come back and fix the issues with the detailing, customer declined. Services are not always perfect, but a reputable company offers to fix any problems that arise and were happy to do so. We told the customer this many times and she declined.

Right out the gate after we asked the customer nicely to pay the balance due on the detail, she was trying to strong arm us and threatened litigation via her lawfirm and didnt want to allow us to fix any problems with the service.

Only after she stated that she was not going to pay did we tell her that her account would be sent to collections. This is a normal course of action for any business.

We stand behind our work and tried (still willing) to fix any problems for the customer, but its apparent that the only thing she wants is to not pay.

Other incorrect facts-

We also never have claimed to "claybar" either unit as claybar was not in the service description that the customer ordered, period.

We never hung up on her, ever phone call is recorded, this is fictitious as well.

As you can see from the initial complaint, the customer is simply trying to strongarm because shes an attorney.

Once again, weve offered to fix any problems numerous times.

We do over 100,000 details per year and on occasion, things can get missed, its a service, but most importantly, weve attempted to fix the problems, not just walk away from it. The customer would not let us.

Please review actual email correspondence below:

FYI - I did not schedule online, and no "terms" were explained to me on the phone.

I'm not sure who you're claiming to have called and was hung up on you. We have all our phone conversations recorded for reasons like this.

When you book your appointment, you do agree to our legally binding terms and conditions. Your detail was done, and was completed.

Were happy to try and fix and resolve any issues with your detail, but the service was done and you’re legally responsible for payment on the service.

The fact that you’re stating you’re an attorney doesn’t change that you do owe for a service that was rendered and completed.

If you wish to not resolve this matter, it will be turned over to our collections and legal department, we have a whole department that handles this type of thing.

Once again, we would assume try to correct any problems you have with the detail to resolve this without collections, but the detailer stated you wont allow him to come back and fix the work.

Please let me know what you’d to do.

If you send me to collections for a service you did not perform i will sue you.

My Florida Bar # is 0134902, look me up on the Florida Bar website. Better yet this is my firm's URL: www.macklawfirm.org

I am a consumer Plaintiffs attorney who regularly sues companies just like yours for violation of Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.  I also refer the matter to Florida's state attorney general Pam Bondi.

In addition, you cant refer me to collections when you have actual knowledge that i dispute the debt; which of course you now have.  In fact, i tried calling you today to discuss this matter, got half a sentence out before you hung up on me.

Finally, I made sure to document your company's so-called "detail". Of my RV and Challenger. Your worker has a convincing fraud- he wets the vehicle and then takes pictures, my Mom saw him do it to the RV which is located at her house. My husbands buddy who came over when our cameras picked up some skeezy guy lurking outside of our house yesterday, he said the same thing, engine was wet.

Govern yourself accordingly.

Im happy to try and get these issues resolved for you, but that doesn’t change the balance due on the account.

Lets please resolve this so we can get you taken care of. We don’t want to have to send your account to collections.

Thank you

Hello Jacqulyn Mack!

Were trying to get the balance of your detail of $409.99 paid for but your card is declining. Can you make sure the funds are available on the card or send a new card to process the payment? thank you
