I received three XHoses from National Express last fall (2012). I used them all this Spring (2013) for the first time to water in some new lawn. One by one they expoded -- the best one lasted four days. These three hoses cost me over $125 in total! So when I go back to their website, there is no easy customer service contact. No phone number, just a downloadable form to mail in, and I have to pay for return shipment of the hoses.
