National Express i wanted one hose and i got 5. the first one I installed and went to use broke within minutes of turning on the water. the hose nosle broke at the same time the hose did. i now have $300.00 worth of broken and cheap trash. I am filing a fraud report with my bank and will fight these crooks till the end. wallingford Connecticut

I feel like a fool for ordering over the phone with an automated system.  I am horrified that I got caught in this nasty net.  I had to get my bank involved.   They are crooks and I hope that anyone that is considering ordering anything from them. 

Xxthose (nex*Xhose) is a scam.  Don't do anything with them.  They charged me over $60.00 in shipping for hoses that broke and nozzles that broke too.  I was told by my bank that these companies get their money from jacking up the shipping and handeling.  I'm sure it won't cost me $60.00 to return these broken hoses.  I am filing with the BBB and the State Attorney General.
