The treatment I have received from National Fitness Financial Services has been nothing but a scam and an acute source of frustration. Do not...I repeat do not sign up for any large gym chains that are connected with this service center because a. you won't be able to leave despite losing your job or moving away b. you will get a bunch of ignorant, disconnected people on the phone c. you will be charged beyond your contract d. you are completely helpless and cannot do anything about your situation. These people do not care about taking your money even if you havent set foot in a Gold's Gym for months. These people do not listen. These people do not understand that their completely illogical process and procedures make no sense. Finally, these people are the worst customer service reps I have ever encountered. Joining a gym or any other organization tied to this company is just asking for wasted money and wasted energy. I know I will never go near a Golds Gym ever again. Please heed this advice.
