National Gas and Electric Repeatedly call to lower electric bill by 30%. Houston Texas

I have gotten numerous calls from different local phone #s, all with the same exchange. Every time it's a recorded female voice claiming to be able to reduce my ComEd electric bill by 30% and press 1 to talk to a rep or press 2 to be removed from their list. After pressing 2 every other time, I decided to press 1. A foreign sounding man came on the line. He said that he needed by Zip Code to see if I qualified. Surprise, I qualified for 30% off my electric bill. He then wanted my account #, which I declined until I could check out his company. While the man stayed on the line, I googled his company and found out they were located in Houston, TX, not accredited with BBB, an F Rating and not certified or registered as an electric or gas supplier with the State of Illinois! He quickly hung up on me when I told him what I found. No doubt this is a scam and very annoying because they repeatedly call my cell, my wife's cell and our land line.
