The reason why I am writing complaint is I am hoping that the right eyes read this. This company is really a type of company that robs from consumers and they are the true definition of extortion. I am also hoping that people who want to do business with this company will think twice about doing business with national hair centers. I am only writing this based on my own experience with this company and Dave. But if you really research this company you will see many hits as far as complaint’s against this company and the bait and switch that this company those to potential clients.

This company used to be called Renaissance Laser and cosmetic surgery center now it is called national hair centers. They want to say no we are not the same but the president of renaissance is Lisa Zimmerman just like national hair center. Refer to websites below for reference.

Dave is the one person that I met with and if you look at his name it seems like all the complaints are against him. He is also great at with holding a lot of information until you actually sign the contract then his words are too bad your obligated to a contract now

It’s truly a shame that the only thing that they have on me is the injunction against harassment that they set me up for that they fabricated for me. If the owner of the company took care of the business like an owner should have this would have not escalated as high as it did but when you have friends in high places that will do your dirty work why step in right? As far as the judge granting them the hearing its really simple they have been to court lots of time, they were comfortable in that environment, they have friends that are attorneys that thought them what to say and how to say it and when to say it.

For me I have never been in court setting, no one thought me what to tell a judge and how to say it, I froze in that environment and did not say everything that I needed to say and the hearing went in their defense. As far as my false accusations I have proof. I have documents, after documents after documents that prove what I have been saying is the truth and nothing but the truth. But every attorney that I talked to said the same thing. Let it go, there is nothing you can do. Just apologize to the company and move on with your life… and that’s what I intend on doing.. Forgetting about these crooks and moving on with my life

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

National Hair Centers

AUTHOR: NHC - ()

POSTED: Thursday, November 14, 2013

Shawn Raouf is not, nor has he ever been, a client, customer, or patient of National Hair Centers (NHC).  National Hair Centers has been doing business with the name National Hair Centers since 1975.  A company leasing space in the same building as National Hair Centers,   Renaissance Laser Hair Removal, owned by Mr. Barry Frank, evidently performed laser hair removal on Mr. Raouf.  This company has been out of business for more than 12 years.   At no time, did NHC or any of it's principals have any ownership interest in this laser hair removal company.  In fact, NHC has never offered laser hair removal as a service in it's 38 years of business.

Some 10 plus years ago, the same owners of National Hair Centers did operate a separate entity called Renaissance Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center that performed Laser and Cosmetic Surgery.  It was in no way associated in anyway with Renaissance Laser Hair Removal, owned by Mr. Frank. Renaissance Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Centers has been out business for more than ten years.  Perhaps, the similarity of the name and location proximity initially may have confused Mr. Raouf.  However, NHC has presented Mr. Raouf documentation of the above stated facts.   Rather than accept these facts, he has begun a campaign of harassment against NHC.  His relentless disruptive, verbally abusive phone calls and e-mails forced NHC to have him served with an injunction against harassment.  Mr. Raouf contested the injunction.  In a court hearing on 10/23/13, a judge upheld the injunction against Mr. Raouf.  Perhaps out of spite, Mr. Raouf has chosen to knowingly publish these falsehoods, here.
