National Health Net Online SCAM Miami Florida

I was called and was told that I can receive a irs refund of $2000 dollars. Because I file my tax on time If I sign up I will receive $2000 in my bank account. I then received a letter that seemed to be telling me I opted into A health Insurance plan. I knew I had no use for this insurance and didn't think I had talked to anyone about insurance. I didn't think about it again until $302 was taken from my account overdrawing it. The one solid piece of information that I was provided was that they are not responsible for my overdrawn account. Everytime I contacted them I was given vauge information. I did get out before I was charged the next $300. I am unemployed and $300 is an a lot of money to have stolen. By the way, I never heard anymore about a tax refund.
