National Healthnet Online ripoff phone call from persons claiming to be for the U.S. Govt Grant Dept. Mami Florida

I received a phone call froma man claiming to be from the US Govt Grant Dept telling me that I would receive a $5,000 grant and that it will be in my account the following day. Next thing I know he is telling me all my information from my home address to my account number. The call kept going in and out and I guess I did not here the part about the $29.95 coming out of my account. I called my bank and got their customer service number which is 1-866-407-1029 and they told me that they will not give me my money back and that I would have to wait for some welcome package to come before I can cancel the membership that I have no clue about. Now I have to go to my bank and cancel out my account and inform my bank about this matter.

Being that I work for a law firm that handles fraud and class actions law suits I plan to file a suit against this company. In order to file a class action suit there has to be more than three people having the same problem with this company. If anyone would like to file a law suit against this company please contact me.

This company has not right to mislead people and something needs to be done about this problem. Thanks
