NLR took my $3500, promising a Money-back-guarantee back in December 2009. To date, they have failed to obtain any kind of loan modification on my 1st mortgage. I have asked for my money back, but they have refused. Now I'm going to have to sue them to get my money back. Run away from these guys -- they're crooks.
