In August of 2009, I recieved a letter from this group offering to organize a loan modification with my bank.  Work has been slow so I responded.  After effectively being sold by Edd Miller (if that is his real name),  I agreed to pay $5000 for an audit and loan modification with a guaranteed refund if a modification could not be done.  After several months of being shuffled from Charlie Stevens to Chris Doughtery to Jonathan Simson..etc..just to list a few, I decided to contact Florida agencies to report these con-artist. 

I must say that I had hesitated to do any business in the State of Florida as I had heard that Florida has laws protecting these type of businesses.  Well Edd Miller is a very wasted talent as he could make just as much money in a legitiment business.  With sales ability like that he can sell anything, but he has chosen a path of dishonesty. 

This group has thier office in Florida but is really out of Michigan as that is where Edd Miller offices.  They obviously opened this company in Florida to hide behind Florida's shield of protection for this kind of criminal activity.  I have complaints with Florida's Attorney General and BBB.  You will find no record of my complaints and that is the reason why the State of Florida is a breeding ground for these type of companies.
