National One Telecom - USBI Ripoff Internet telephone scam Dallas Texas

On Juoly 20, 2004, I received a bill from National One Telecom for $40 indicating that they were charging for a third party internet access. When I disputed the charge they responded that I had accessed an Adult Web Cam in the UK for ten minutes.

Since I told lthem that I was disputing their charge and notifying the FTC, i have not heard form them. My monthly phone bill contained a charge for $10.40 for a long distrance call for ten minutes to the UK.

I did not access any adult web cam site and checked my history and there was nothing like it on the history. I ams disputing the phone charges also. I don't know lhow they did this but it is a complete scam.
