national opportunities testing their offer littleton, Colorado

I am cautiously testing this company to see where the hook is. On September 9, 2009 I payed $250 plus $40 shipping with a credit card. on September 21,  I  received the company package with the usual waver, no guarantee clause, Web site name(a number!)

I was contacted on September 21, 2009 by a person who I had a hard time understanding(speaker phone). He ask me for income and outgo. When I asked him why he needed all my financial information he stated that he needed to know how much I could afford to spend on advertisement(hook?). When he determined that I did not have expendable funds to advertise he gave me the generic phone number to call for a free advertisement package. I have attempted to call but only get a recording that a sales rep will return my call. I will keep you posted with my progress.
