I signed an agreement with National processing center to help my wife and I get our home modified by our Lender. The agreement was signed on o4/03/15. Our lender informed us that the modification was denied.On the agreement, it specified that we will receive a refund if the modification was denied. We paid National processing center $1,458 and some cents. We have been calling their office since the end of April after we found out that the modification was denied but no one has returned our call. We have e-mailed to them numerous times and yet no one has returned our e-mail.

National Processing Center Deceptive flier received in mail. Makes you believe it's from a government office. Nowhere on the flier does it indicate that it's not affiliated with the government, but the rip the sides off envelope did. I guess this is there way of saying we did indicate that we aren't government. Us humans take the envelope and throw it away. I'm glad I am smart enough to look at things closely.
