The card claims that the government is making significate reductions in Medicare, resulting in higher premiums and a decrease in some benefits. For more information, they ask that you sign the card, and provide telephone number, and age and return it. I'm sure that is a scam to get my phone number, and to try and sell me insurance, and even to possibly sell my information. The outside of the envelope it came in states that it is not affiliated with any government agency.
