I received a phone call about 4:30 PM on September 2009 from a company called National Readers Service out of Kansas.  The young lady said she was calling to check and see how and if I wqas getting my magazines as ordered.

I told her I had no problems.  The young lady then said I had an outstanding requirement on my account. I told her I though I had met all my requirements and that my payments were done. I was in the middle of doing other work. She say I had another 30 more payments to make, well I did not want to break my requirements and did noy have time to check my filing system at this time to check if I was right.  She said my credit card I had used for my payments was cancelled and needed rto use another card, which I did. I doid not check to find out later on my card was not cancelled, I had made my last payment and my contract was completed with the company.

I was duked into another account which was not called for, I was mislead and lied to. I tried to call the company back and the phone number she gave me to call was bogas 1-800-304-1567.  I called my American Express company and told them what happened and ask them not to pay toward this item and that was done withiun a 24hr period. As of 12:00PM today no charge has been put towarde my card.

Companies like this must be stopped. They prey on the elderly, they talk so fast you can't really understand them and they are lying to people to top it off.  This all happened to me less then 24hrs ago. I am hoping I got to it fast enought.
