These people lied to my wife about checking on her credit card status.
That was 4 years ago we have even changed cards and somehow thay are getting the number and charging us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. We have never even received any magazines they say we are. These people are a menace to society and real working people, and should be in prison.HOW THE HELL DO YOU STOP THEM. Try to call them you will set on hold forever, what can be done it's illegal to go up there and whip there a*s and that seems to be what it would take, as long as there on the phone and do not have to face you seems they can do what they want. Ask them to see the contract and they say it's a verbal one but you cannot understand a word on it. obviously bougus. what can be done?????????????????????????????

Report to your credit card company

Your first step should be to go to the credit card company they are billing to and let them know that these are unauthorized charges and they need to be reversed.
You can also try contacting the company again (I know , not fun to sit on hold), but if you can make it through the long hold, be sure to get a supervisor or manager (or whatever they call them). Do a search on this site for them too, there are other reports on them that may have more detailed info to help you.
Good luck!
