I read the other reports and i'm going through the same thing right now, every step that everybody went through, i spoke to ron first then debbie then i spoke to dawn.
they told me that they charge a flat fee of $800.00 and thats it, they even told me that they would sell the vehicle for me for free, except newspaper charges..it's a hoax they billed me for $3136.50 and the fees are ridiculous, they actually got a key fee on there and the debtor surrendered the vehicle, so why would they need a key to be made.
i'm waiting for an email back about the vehicle from mr.st. marie..i'll see how it goes and update the outcome but from what i'm reading i don't think the outcome is gonna be good, so we need to all get together and shut them down cause it's not right. the charges are ridiculous, come on you all lets get together because this is very critical. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A REPO COMPANY, DO NOT USE NATIONAL RECOVERY NETWORK!!!

I am happy to say that National Recovery Network solved the issues that i had with them. I did say that i was waiting for them to get back to me and i didn't think the experience would be good but to my surprise, the situation was not like everybody elses, they told me that they would fix the problem and email me by the aftenoon and they did so i am very happy with the outcome of the situation and i am very satisfied with the way the company handled my situation, all i can say is IM HAPPY AND THANKS NATIONAL RECOVERY NETWORK.
