National Small Business Alliance, Nsba Deceived to membership, $509.35 is charged to my account after I cancelled. Since June trying to get the refund. ripoff Cathedral City California

A telemarketer deceived me by offering a low interest credit line, not mentioning that it was only for goods from certain businesses. I was assured that I could have full refund if not satisfied. As soon as I checked the info I realized it was scam. I asked for cancellation and received a confirmation. Never-the-less my account was charged $359.40, and another 149.95.

This happened in June, for last four month I am trying to get my money back and so far no luck. I have called many times, I have spoken to live operators whose only response is a check is not send to you we do not know why. They suggest I should talk to Romy Schlaffer, there is a telephone for her but it is an answering phone and she would not return any phone calls. I have send emails but the answer is: Let me see what is going on. I will get this resolved for you.

But nothing happens.
I have complained to BBB and am waiting for their response.

PS. This Company has 2 different addresses, one in Washington, another in California.
