I received an unsolictied telemarketing call. They claimed that based off of my dunn and bradstreet credit report my business would received an $8,000 Visa credit card. However, I had to pay an annual membership fee. Within 10-days my checking account was debited $239.40 and a few days later another $99.

I reviewed the packet and found NO credit card but a credit line for their own products. This is NOT was the telemarketer lead me to believe. I called and cancelled my membership. I then had to send back the packet so that they can dispose of the evidence.

On September 15,, 2005 they're office received my package. After numerous promises that my refund was being processed I still have not received my refund. December 20, 2005.

I have left messages with the president Dennis Mario of (760)322-5572 ext. 100 to no avail. I stay on hold with their customer service department for over 45 minutes to get disconnected. I have asked supervisors to return my calls, which was wasted breath. Beware of this company.

You have a few facts mixed up. First we charge $99.95 for the enrollment, this is debited within 5 days. The $239.40 equates to the annual dues determined by multiplying the monthly dues of $19.95 times 12 months.

In addition, we never refer to Dunn & Bradstreet nor do we do any form of credit checks. The $8,000 is offered by two of our benefit providers. We do not make reference to Visa or any other credit card.

On a different note, last week we implemented a Member Response Escalation Team who are still in training. They will be getting back to you shortly. In the interim, please contact me on my cell phone at 760-902-8415.
