National Small Business Alliance offered a worthless credit card and took $509.35 from my checking account. They were deceptive on the telephone and have not returned any of my calls or emails. Washington District of Columbia

I was called and offered a $8,000 credit card that turned out to only be good at two companys. They then took $149.95 and $359.40 from my checking account. They misreprented the credit card and did not have permission to take a years membership from my account.They also have new telephone numbers as the Washington DC numbers are no longer working.

i have called Mr Mario the owner as well as emailed 5 or 6 times and have not gotten any answer as to when I will get my $509.35 back.

Joe was refunded 100% of his money.

Please note that we do voice tape record each sale during which a PRE-recorded disclosure statement is played to ensure that the buyer knows exactly the terms and conditions and when monies would be debited from their account. Joe indicated on tape that he understood accordingly, we proceeded with the sale as approved by him.
