National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburg I did not authorize deductions from my bank account Jacksonville, Florida

I received a letter from this company congratulating me for my accidental insurance. The letter states that the company is giving me free insurance for one year (amount of insurance is not indicated), but that after the first year, a monthly fee of $9.95 will be deducted every month. I tried to find some information about this company on the internet when I found several complaints of people from this company. I could not find a website for this company and that makes me suspicious. I called the company at 1-866-565-8998 - it took me two calls to get to someone.  I had to opt for the Spanish call to get to a person. The employee who answered the call identified himself as Andres. He was very rude and asked me all kind of questions. When I refused to give him my date of birth, he said he could not help me. I refused to give him my date of birth and demanded the cancellation of the policy at once. He got angry and started to say all kind of things - I told him I was going to report the company and finally he stated he would cancel the policy.
