I got invited to try this service after purchasing some vitamins advertised on TV. Since 2010 they have been debiting my account $19.00 which was supposed to be reduced to $9.99 for indiv..I sent 3 med claim forms for 2010 & 2011 & have not received a Dime. Now I can't log in or reach them by phon
