6 weeks after I purchsed a car with a warranty from this scam company, my car would not start in the morning, needed a new battery. Four weeks my car died in the middle of an intersection in Tampa Bay traffic at 5:30 PM.
When I sent in all the information they asked for including the VIN number I sent it, I loved how they justify NOT pay for any thing but they still have ALL my money and I have to pay for repairs my self. I have decided to go to Channel 8 investigations in Tampa Bay and contact the Florida State attorney general regarding this matter. People in Florida can ill afford more insurance and NOT be able to file a claim which neds to be honored after all the insurance scams in this state. I cannot figure how they determine which claims they will pay and which ones they don't! Lyndon Insurance seems to be a bunch of scammers too! Buyers beware!

There is virtually no warranty sold on this planet that will cover a battery, or for that matter, any other maintenance item. It's all there, in writing, in plain english. It is not a ripoff just because you want it to cover something that it was never intended to cover! All warranties are written by lawyers and they all have very
clearly stated coverages. For instance, if you have a repair done without getting
authorization before the repair is done, you will not get reimbursed--period. It's written in the contract that you did not bother to read.
