Nationwide Consulting Services/Shirley Syes Ripped-off $299 for supposedly getting me a $5,000 Grant Bear Delaware

I received a call in February from a Shirley Syes with Nationwide Consulting Services stating that I had already been approved for a $5,000 grant, but that there could be much more awarded. She said I had to pay the $299 up front and then I would receive at least $5,000.

I have been trying to get a grant for starting a business for over 5 years. My husband and I finally went and bought a used semi-truck to start our business and a little over a year later, the engine blew. This caused us to lose everything we had and put us living with my parents.

We just recently were able to get a place (for rent with option to buy) of our own. I really hate to admit it, but I was so stupid that I called these people back when the hadn't taken the money out of our account within a week or two, to see when they were going to process it.

They took the money in March, I finally received my application and package the end of April. I sent the application back to them and haven't heard anything since and cannot get anyone to call me back.

What really makes my blood boil, is the way they are taking advantage of the blue-collar, hard-working, tax-paying Americans. Let's face it, if we had a lot of money in the bank, we wouldn't be trying to get grants to help us get back on track or improve our lifestyle.
