Nationwide Credit Solutions Failed to perform agreed upon services and refusing to refund money upon request. Irving Texas

Upon the unsatisfaction of the performance, I requested a refund of the monies paid minus the $250.00 fee as agreed upon per phone. I was told I was not entitled to the entire amount. The fee would be the percentage of the debt settlement even though all debt settlement was made without the assistance of Nationwide or the monies I paid which the company is holding. Ask for a copy of the signed agreement but was unable to obtain. Left several messages for the refund of my money and voice messages never returned. Paid Nationwide over ten thousand dollars and unable to get my money back and the company has performed no services for me. This is FRAUD! All numbers are now not in service. Have not received any written statement of my funds or talked with anyone in over a year. HELP!
