Nationwide Credit Solutions Helps Kill Hopes of Fixing Your Credit - Ripoff for Sure! Irving Texas

I believe that I am a victim of a scam by a debt counseling company titled Nationwide Credit Solutions.

I was contacted by Nationwide in November of 2007 after doing research on the Internet. After they counseled me on 2 different debt solutions, they suggested the one which they said would probably be best. They advised me to stop paying my creditors and send them $250.00 a month. They said they would help me settle with my creditors by accumulating funds which I sent to them. Before getting started, they sent me a contract and told me that certain things in the contract were just formalities. I should have been alarmed by this but I was too concerned about my finances.

In June of 2008, I stopped hearing from them and no services were rendered by them. I tried to call and email but received no response. I kept calling every number on their website but never received any call back. They responded to my email but never signed a name after the closing. On several occasions they said they would refund $1750.00 which I had sent them once they received a refund contract from me. They never mailed, faxed, emailed or register mailed any contract to me. I made numerous requests which they ignored. Now, they are not responding to me at all.

I'll be damned if I am going to allow them to rip me off. I have so far contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General, Postmaster General and the Dallas Police Department. Getting my money back has been difficult but I will stay on them until I get it. They ripped me off!

The people I spoke to at Nationwide said their names were: Rochman Robinson and J.Rebeca Palmer.
