Yes i had a falling out with Helmut because he was trying to open merchant and bank accounts in our business name without my knowledge.Helmut did not even have any stake in the company that he was trying to open the accounts on.So slander isn't the word you should be using because the truth about someone isn't slander.And meeting you face to face is to show everyone of you that all you can do is hide behind a phone to rip people off and don't have the manhood to meet people face to face that you ripped off.But your day is coming.Keep running your mouth and next we will talk about Dr.Shultz.I guess that you are not smart enough to know when your so called friends are telling on each other to stay out of jail.Ask John Tacy he rolled over on his partners and now he is trying to get off probation for snitching.So like i said before if anybody needs any help getting in touch with the right agency to go after Nationwide Marketing Solutions or Magnum advertising please contact: John A. Yes I know who you are and that doesn't even matter, angie, greg it's all the same. The point is that you were both very willing to get involved with Helmut. You were expecting to make big money,get rich quick. And since you had a business falling out with Helmut now you want to slander him. As I said in my last post alot of people have information about both of you, past and present. So lets get it all ready for google. Meet with you in a couple of weeks? That will never happen. PLEASE!!! if anybody is intersted in selling or renting their timeshare, contact a Realtor, not one of these companies.  Florida Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services (1-800-HELPFLA, or for more information www.800helpfla.com ) will let you know the number of complaints against a business and the outcomes.  Please do research before entering into any "contracts" with telemarketers... if you could only see the type of people you are giving your personal information to!! 

My mother was just scammed with this company. They told her that they did sell her Time Share and that she was going to get her money through a escro account and have it wire transfered. Her deposit was going to be refunded to her in 10 days. They did none of this. They never informed us that they were  telamarketers. Tremaine Latore said that he was a financial director and that they were on a secure line and confirmed all of our information on a secure line. This is a lie. I am taking this case to the top officials and have filed many complaints. I found out that this company is up for renewal on their License....they have 50 complaints open..mine being 51...they have 20 unsatisfactory closed cases and 7 satisfactory closed cases. People complain complain complain. This company needs an internal investigation done on stealing peoples money. Once they find a pattern the DA office will be getting involved.....People complain complain complain to the FL consumer and agriculture.

And what makes me mad about this the most....My brother sacrificed his life in Iraq and was killed at the age of 21 for us to live a good life. People who work for a company like that do not deserve that right of freedom...they deserve what is given to them. Just remember...what goes around comes around. Your company will be shut down soon.

First of all I am the owner Helmut Goellnitz my number is 561-932-6211cell.The company's name is nationwide marketing solutions.I have two websites www.nationwidemarketingsl.com plus a new one I have been working on for about a month www.nationwide-marketing-solutions.com .We are not a fianance company,and we do not sell timeshares.We advertise and market them.If we don't do our job we do refund our client's.the reason I started this business was because of what I seen other companies do for their client's.NOTHING!I felt in my heart that there is a way to help some of these poeple with there timeshares the right way.So I decided I would try,and I believe that god put me here to do what I am doing so that some of the people that have been taken by companies like the one you affiliated me with(which isn't even close to the truth)can get a chance.I feel I do more for 1 client that they did for all of them put together.I have a plan which I am starting to bring together it might take a bit of work but i will succeed.I put out national ads for buyers and renters,I have started making a radio commercial,soon I will have a t.v. commercial.I have all the proof of this.Also you can say what you will I don't believe that these are legitamate complaints.
