Oh, I got taken. Scott Beaitmen was more that willing to talk to me, couldn't call me enough and explain that this company had a team of lawyers that were shutting down or proscuting other fraudulent timeshare resale companies. I told him of the complaint board that had many complaints against his company and he stated they were disgrunted employees from his and the other companies Nationwide was closing. I'm telling you I was sucked in, and I'm mad at myself for being such a fool. Anyway after the money was received to "set up an escrow acct." I never heard from this company again, I've called Scott Beaitmen's "direct line" and left messages only. Before the money was received, Scott Beaitmen always answered the phone. Imagine that! Yes it cost about 1800.00 and was put in a bank in the Carribean.

Beleive me it is true, bank sent me a letter stating that no more charges of any kind are blocked and I need to contact them to remove the block.

I am contaction the Florida Attorney Generals office 11/23/2009,(today is 11/21/2009 saturday) and file a complaint.

I'm a slow learner and a trusting person, this is the "FORTH" timeshare resale company from Florida I have delt with and been taken. I honestly don't know if there is a legitiment "timeshare resale company" in Florida.
