Nationwide Movers USA Scums, Thieves, Liars, Quote low, Pay more upon delivery, Do not return phone calls, Norcross Georgia

 Contracted for a large move and small move. Ga to FL, small move, Pittsburgh to GA to FL. 4 days late on the small move to arrive, gave a 2 day window, driver contracted from another company shows up on the 4th day. Waiting around, made calls to CS, Managers, Sales person, no answers, they say driver will be there in a few hrs, never shows up. On the 4th day driver shows up calls 2 hrs prior to storage arrival to advise.  Picks up takes it to a NJ hub, suppose to take it to GA. I was held hostage b/c the large move fell through, they held my small move until I could initiate the large move.  Three weeks pass, I call and ask them to deliver the small move to my home in GA, since the large move now will never happen. In discussing all of this, we go from Adam top guy in the company, to Jason the liar, to Mike a supervisor, to David a subordinate. David calls me to inform me of my delivery in the next 2 - 3 days, I say OK, that evening, Jason calls and informs me that they have sent the small move to Jax, FL, when all along I was told it was in Norcross, GA, warehouse. I live in the near area, where the small move was suppose to be delivered from Norcross to home near by. Since I cancelled my large move, b/c no way would I work these guys again, he would have to charge me $400 extra to deliver it back to Ga, from FL. Originally I paid half up front for pick up from Pitt to GA. GA to FL was never released, yet Jason tells me it is in FL, and if I want it, I have to pay to ship it back, and would take 2- 3 days. I know I have been ripped off, they never shipped it to FL, it was held in the Norcross warehous, they found a way to stick me with additional charges. I have no choice but to pay in order to receive my goods, what was suppose to be simple turned out to be fraud. Stay away from these guys, they also charge my CF, and you will always have more space taken then what was quoted.
