NATIONWIDE MOVERS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! BE PREPARED!!!!


They lied about everything:


1.  they charged me $2,500 MORE than the "not to exceed quote"


2.  They did not pick up NOR deliver on the schedule dates and changed the contract to a 3 day window, delivered 2 days late!


3.  They do NOT accept credit cards and Saturday at 1:00 told me I needed to pay COD $3,300 before they would deliver


4.  They did NOT unpack 1 single box after I PAID $4,300 for packing, deliver, and unpack,


5.  They refused to put carpet mats down on my white carpet


6.  They stole $1,000 in merchandise from me


7.  They held me hostage and made me sign ALL paperwork prior to deliver and unloading or was putting my items in storage and charging me for that too!


8.  NO ONE was ever available to speak to AND the higher I finally was able to escalate the RUDER they were and hung up on me!


9. Swore at me and kept reminding me to be nice to them as he was doing me a FAVOR!!!


10.  Left things in my condo.


11.  Refused to take tv wall mount as it "required a mechanic".  

 


12.  Boxes were doubled fromt he required 40 to 90 boxes because they were FULL of paper, they were wrapping plastic and cardbaod spice containers individually.  Wrapping spoons individually.  Did not fill boxes...


13.  Left all the packing materials from my furniture in my driveway and I was told when I complained about them not unpacking if I wasnt nice to him he could bring all that trash and "s**t" back in and dump it on my living room floor.


TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!


PLEASE, please, please, I was totally ripped off and this is the biggest scam company I have ever delat with and have moved profession movers to move me globally,  DO NOT use this company or Best price.  They are thiefs!!!!

They assesed my move at 3,700 USD and I was told they would deliver on time...July 27th 2012. I arrived home the day before and called them..they said oops..we thought you meant pick-up on the 27th...there it all started...

They Green Pacific Van lines or Nationwide Movers..."Same Company"...Said they would pick up and deliver in one week...it turned out to be 4 weeks...once the driver was on his way...he called and said to have 4,500 USD in cash or he would be forced to put the furniture in storage.

I asked why...they said they had more weight than I told them..but they would weight it at a truck stop and then re-weigh it when it was unloaded and refund me if they were wrong...

They weighed it and re-weighed it later i was 300 pounds off of a 10,000 estimate...instead of returning my money they gave me back 1500 only out of 4500!...they excuse...was that they had to re-pack itmens ...problem was my itmes were in storage and professionaly packed allready!

They destroyed over 10,000 USD worth of property upon delivery...there customer service told me there insurance would cover it...guess what ..there insurance said they only re-imburse by weight!...so for the 1000 dollar leather couch they destroyed they were going to pay me back 66 Dollars...crazy huh?

They said they would give me back an additional 1000 USD...this was over 6 months AGO!...and now they have no working numbers?...does anyone know how to contact them?...
