Nationwide moving services Anthem claims Stole and damaged my property, and were not sympathetic. Internet

We moved from Utah to Texas about six months ago, and it was the worst experience ever! First, the movers did not show up until a day after they were suppose to, and then they showed up a 12 AM! This was magnified because I had to work the next day, but I was forced to stay up all night with the movers and they did not finish until noon the following day. After that mess, we arrived in Texas to find out that they were also a day late in delivering our stuff. Also I specifically told them not to move the washer and dryer from our home in Utah, but some how, probably why I was out getting them drinks, they moved the washer and dryer. Needless to say, we had to pay $500 to the person we were renting from for the washer and dryer, and we were told by Nationwide that they would not refund us the money. The home office tried to lie and say that we did not tell them that they shouldnt move it, but the movers, in front of us, called the home office and told them it was their fault, but still no reimbursment. Furthermore, we did notice our furniture was damaged, but having moved alot we understood, until we saw the extent of the damage. Finally, to compound all of this, as we were un packing we noticed that a card collection that I had since I was a child, was pilfered through and many cards were stolen. I know they were stolen, because I had packed those myself. Along with the cards we found a power drill was missing, and a very expensive baseball glove was stolen among other things. This company is unprofessional, and their claims department has given us the runaround and we still have not heard anything in over a month from them. Warning do not ever use this company!!! This move was suppose to be a new beginging of a better life for my young family, but turned out to be the worst experience of our lives becuase of Nationwide moving services.
