Nationwide pools Rip off Pompano beach Florida

I'm in the same boat as of many people that nationwide pools ripped off,my questions is how come this scam of the earth is still walking among us like nothing ? Lets unite and take this as far as we can, department of business and regulations is not doing their job, complaint after complaint and not a revoke license what in the hell!!! The state is guilty for letting this happened too, this would of not happened if state would of review  complaints form consumers, no come on I'm trusting this govermental entity to do what they are suppose to and no they don't , very upsetting any way anyone interested on filing class action suit? Let me know
