Nationwide Security Solutions is a complete joke! Janse Cane the CEO will promise his reps the world and all of these great incentives that they can earn for "free", however in reality they are NOT free. They will be taken out of your backend, after he promotes himself that his company doesn't have a backend which in fact they do.

You are promised to make $400 a deal, then $50 gets taken for a "backend" aka "completion bonus". So you're left with $350, not too bad right? WRONG! After the $50 gets taken out, another $25 gets taken out for paperwork, but you can't write a deal without doing paperwork. Until you get your iPad after the 6th deal you write (and the iPad gets taken out of your "backend" as well). Then you're left with $300 still not too bad right? Well then they take out $200 a week for rent . Because they want you to stay in company housing so it's easier to get to and from work -_- You'll end up sharing a place with 3+ other people and all of you are paying $200 a week in rent? for a place that's only $850-$1,000 a month? That's $2,400 that Mr. Jason Cane is just racking up.

No wonder he's a millionaire.

They will also have everyone they sign up sign a 5 year contract for this 2 gig security system. Even if they're customer is older. And if you're customer is 65 years of age or older you won't even get funded on that account till 30 days after the COMPANY (not the rep) turns in the paperwork.

The Eugene Blueprint crew is a huge joke as well. The Manager, Mike Montero is a hypocritical d***. He will tell you how he thinks you will be successful and then he will skip off of work to talk to his girlfriend on the phone or go get his hair cut, or go to the bar with his assistant manger Joe Cicala. 

Joe Cicala is a totally different type of jerk. I personally wachted him sign up a lady who had MS and not very long to live on a 5 year contract and then made her pay out her previous 3 year contract with a company after she just signed that contract 3 months ago. 

Oh!! And you can't forget that the 2 head people on this team who are suppose to be the "leaders" will drop everyone off in their area and then go to the bars and get drunk and go knock on some doors and sell some systems! Real professional right?
