Nationwide Tax Consulting Tried to bully me and used foul language to include the F bomb several times Internet

Extremely unprofessional.  I had what I feel was a bad experience with one tax lawyer prior to Nationwide Tax Consulting contacting me.  They informed me that they could stop the IRS from collecting while they did an investigation to see what my options where. 

The initial up front cost would be $299 then, after the initial investigation was done, we would do an addendum for additional money dependent on; if there was anything they felt they could do to assist me and which way we would approach it.  I stated that sounded good but I wanted everything in writing and signed by them in regards to what I would get for the $299. 

They stated I had to sign their documents and they outright refused to sign anything for me stating what I would get for my $299.  We discussed this and I explained I am paying you to provide a service; I want to know exactly what I am going to get for the service.  Things got heated very quickly when I would not move from my stance of wanting everything spelled out in writing and signed.  The representative started using foul language dropping the F bomb several times at this point.  As I explained to him, if they are going to provide the services they are stating verbally, then there should be no reason they cannot put this in writing and sign it.  Again he started using foul language and dropped the F Bomb about me being burnt in the past and basically called me an idiot for requesting this.
