Natural Relief For Women Charged for merchandise NOT ordered or agreed to Vista California

Almost 2 months ago, I was browsing the internet in search of relief from HOT FLASHES and such. I found the "Natural Relief" website and read that they will send you a FREE 30 day trial for a small S&H fee. I was reluctant at first, so I did not order anything at that time. Then, a couple of weeks later, I was so tired of the FLASHES, I decided to try this remedy in a desperate attempt at some relief. There was no mention on their website about automatic shipments or automatic monthly charges. As a matter of fact, the website did not even reveal the actual cost of this product at all.

Finally, about 2 more weeks passed and I received my order. Much to my surprise, I opened the box to find FIVE (5) bottles of supplements. I was totally under the impression that I would only receive one and that is all I wanted. They sent (w/o my permission) a 90 day supply of 3 different supplements.

A few days ago, I was checking my bank statement and found a charge on my checking account from this company (called Great Life TV) for $99.85. I recognized the name because that's how the shipping charges were listed on my previous bank statement. However, I was totally not expecting this charge as there was no prior warning or request for approval to auto-ship or anything. I ONLY WANTED THE *FREE* 30 DAY TRIAL AND THAT'S ALL I ORDERED!!

I called the 800 # on my bank statement and explained to the Customer Service Agent (after being on hold for about 20 minutes) that I did not know what this charge was for. She proceeded to explain it to me and I told her that I did not authorize an order for that much nor did I authorize them to charge my checking account for anything other than the initial S&H fee. I asked her what I needed to do to receive credit. She instructed me to return the remainder of the product(s) and issued me a return authorization #. I will be sending this crap back to them today! I do not want to pay $100 for something that I didn't order, especially when it doesn't even work. I have not noticed any difference since taking their so-called "natural relief" supplement.

If I have any trouble receiving my credit, I will submit a rebuttal to this report.
