Natural Relief For Women Shipped extra merchandise and charged for which I did not ask for. Vista California

I saw and add on the webb for relief of hot flashes. I reviewed the information and started to submit, but then changed my mind. I'm very leary of ordering on the webb. Then about a few day's later I got a call from Natural Relief for Women. The spokes person was very nice and understanding about my hot flashes, and advised me to give it a chance.

So I ordered a thirty day supply and I believe it cost $3.95. They took the money of my debit card and then I recieved the merchandise in the mail. It didn't dorn on me at first the amount of bottles I received, until I saw no change in the hot flahes. On July 22, 2008 I deceided to call and advise them that the herbs did not work and to cancel any future shipments.

On July 25,2008 I noticed on my debit card a hold of $69.95 and called the bank and they advised me it was from the company GLTV. So I called GLTV and aked what was going on and they said they automatically send an extra supply of natural relief out to all customers so you will not be without them. I advised I did not discuss this with thier representative and they said that's there policy. Please be aware ladies the stuff does not work, I am sending the merchandise back, if I don't get my money back I will push this matter further.
