I saw the really neat add for teeth whitening...just pay the shipping and it's completely free. FALSE advertising to begin with. My credit card company notified me that Natural Soure Store (aka NSS-SB Smile) and Teeth Whitening Now had attempted to charge my credit card, less than a week later for much more. I attempted to stop the charges and was told to call the vendors. I was not able to reach anyone at Natural Soure Store (aka NSS-SB Smile) for 2 days. When I did reach someone I was told there was told "nothing had been charged to my card." Ironically I was told exactly the same thing by the rep at Teeth Whitening Now but I convinced them they should not continue. $79.99 was charged and less than a month later another $46.94 by the same "company." I also received the product again. I contacted my credit card company, who contacted Natural Soure Store (aka NSS-SB Smile), while I was on the line. I did not read the contract that they claim that I approved, allowing them to bill my credit card monthly. I attempted to do the same thing I did at the beginning of the process without completely my order and I don't see anything saying there would be continuing charges. None the less--I spoke to several people over a several week period and was told that there were no charges. The credit card (Wells Fargo) got my RMA number, cancelled my service, and I finally recieved a confirmation via email from this company confirming this today. The credit card company is going to keep tabs on this transaction and I was advised to become pro-active with this so I am doing everything possible to make sure that consumers are aware of this company. I see the add, daily, on Yahoo. Nothing if FREE and this "mistake" has cost me my valuable time, money I can not get back (approx. $150), postage to send that product back and (from what I have read) much more time fighting to the latest $39.99 charge back, minus the shipping. As for the product--all I see is red from anger. There are additional complaints on this site--(((ROR redacted)))

That is all well and good that you APPEAR to respond to complaints but in calling the number to request an RMA (as I was instructed to do in an email much like your response - well, exactly like your response) I was subjected to more busy signals, time on hold and employees who you surely farm out from the prison system as I can't imagine people that angry, bitter and rude in our society. You billed my card in less than 14 days from the date YOUR employee said I received the "trial". Your tactics to delay and/or avoid actually satisfying customers are unconscienable. If your company was truly based on customer service, you would simply say, "Fine. If you have not received the product that we already billed you for (early), please refuse shipment and we will reverse the charges." You people should really be ashamed of yourselves. I hope for the world's sake you do not have children that you are teaching to scam the world for a living.

This third-party customer service company was unable to perform at the levels we demand and as a result, we have moved 100% of our customer service operations back to the US. We also want to recommend that when you buy anything online or enter into any trial, you read the terms and conditions to save yourself frustration in the long run if you do not agree with them.
