Navicomm - One Call Communications ripoff, received invoice for 2 internet access calls, was not home at time access granted, acct number is my ph #-name on bill not same as phone listing. Carmel Indiana

Bill thru US Mail-demands $17 payment for 2 internet access calls upon receipt. Account number is my ph # and name on bill not same as phone listing. Alledgedly occured on Sunday night when at church and no one home.

Two internet access calls alledged total $17.

No address for Navicomm... only One Call Communications as a collection agency w/address on envelope of 801 Congressional Blvd-PO Box 3141-Carmel IN 46082 & 46032 and a phone for 'billing inquiry' (I did not want to acknowledge that I rec'd a bill) that I did not use...this number 1-800-788-0074
