Navicomm; One Call Long Distance Fraudulent Internet Access Bill Ripoff Carmel Indiana

I received a bill from One Call long distance for 2 calls they claimed was made by internet access on 08/13/05. The first was for 3 mins and the second was for 4 mins. The 3 min. call was for $9.32 and the 4 min call was for 10.96. We never made either call and I will not pay this bill. I noticed in other postings about this company everyone says that when they contacted One Call and said they would not pay, that One Call says they will block their number and everyone says how can they know what number to block. If you will notice the account number they put on the bill is your home number and that is the number they are threatening everyone with. This tells me they are getting numbers out of phone books along with our names and sending out fake bills for access we have not made.
