Navicomm One Call Long Distance Received a bill for $111 for 3 20-minute calls When I was at work. No one at company will talk to me about the bill ripoff Carmel Indiana

I received a bill on September 14th for $111.72 for 3 20 minute website visits between August 27 - 30. When I called the billing inquires number the rep could not tell me what sites had been visited, what services had been provided or who authorized them. All the internet accesses were made while my roommate and I were at work. When I asked to speak to the rep supervisor he told me that there were no supervisors and everyone was floor managers.

My roommate called after I had no success and was hung up on multiply times. He was also given the same story as I was not being able to get any information on the company or services we were billed for.

We looked online to see if we could find anything out about the company and the only things that came up were rip off reports from multiple people and sites.
