DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They set me up with a driver "Hildo" from "Sobral Enterprises" or "JS EXpress." Mario, my point of contact at Navy Auto alleged that this man was insured up to a million dollars (so did the paperwork). Firstly the driver was LATE getting my car back to me, and when he returned it tried to squeeze more money from us than was previously negotiated . . He was a shady shady man and I cannot believe that Navy Auto vouched for the guy. They also clearly did not vet him or his alleged insurance. Upon inspecting the car, the drivers side window was cracked in two places. He delivered the car late at night with the windows down so we couldnt see the damage. He sped off so fast. The next day when we saw the crack, called Hildo , who said he would repair the damage. He gave us the run around for 2 weeks. After we realized this, we contacted Navy Auto who directed us to the insurance . . which after hours of investigating, turned out HE DIDNT HAVE. Mario at Navy, directed us to Anthony his supervisor who just casually repeated the due process of contacting his insurance, repeating to Anthony several times on the phone that we did all he asked and realized the man WAS NOT INSURED . . got flippant and dismissive on the phone assuming that we somehow were incapable of handling the insurance search. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY for not vetting the fake company that damaged our car and pretty much wrote us off. In closing DONT USE THIS COMPANY . .
