Got my daily call from Luke. Filed another complaint with FTC and BBB and now I'm bugging the phone company about the daily harrassment from them.Luke didn't sound as chipper today on his VM he left me. He is still trying to confim payment for Sept invoice in the amount of $798.00. Thank GOD for caller I.D. Why would anyone want a corporate telecom CDROM with corp listing? They are scammers.
Any small business out there getting calls from these people please complain to FTC and BBB. If enough people complain everytime they call something will be done. I can't do this myself.
DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE! They are scammers. Don't be angry with employees they didn't do anything wrong. No one orders this crap it's just that they are counting on you to think that someone within your company DID.

I hate NBIE. Try calling the Canadian phone buster 888-495-8501 or 806-495-8501 they work with Canadian authorties.
Good luck these people are ruthless. I have filed several complaints about them with everyone. North Dakota has a cease & desist order against them.
Good Luck I've been dealing with them since Sept 2005. I will never pay this invoice or anything else from them.
