NCC BUSINESS SERVICES, INC FALSE AND ERRONEOUS REPORTING TO CREDIT AGENCIES JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA

After dealing with NCC collection agents for years, the account was paid in full and fully resolved.  Upon pulling our credit, NCC Business Services continues to report that the cosumer diputes this account, which is false and erroneous and which has caused denial of a mortgage loan.  They explained that the account was disputed at one time and that they are simply reporting the history of the account.  There is no longer any disputing, the balance was paid in full and the verbage is misleading and false because the "Consumer DOES NOT Dispute The Account Information".  I have tried phone calls to management and letters requesting the removal of the false statement but I get refusals to remove the language.  You can report information, just make it accurate and true information.
